Meet Chad Reed.

A crawfish boilin', Firefightin' son of a gun


Prior to serving up some of the tastiest crawfish in Texas, Chad attended the Fire Academy in 2002 to pursue one of the best professions there is—being a Firefighter. Fast forward two decades, Chad has now worked his way up to become a Division Chief for a fire department in Collin County Texas.

A passion for serving others.

Quality Crawfish & Good Times


Several times a year, Chad's team would take a break from putting out fires, instead opting to light their own in the form of crawfish boils! While planning an event some time ago, he realized that there weren't many local options in the North Texas area to get the supplies you need to have a quality boil. Now, here he is. Selling fresh, live crawfish while also giving hungry Texans an outstanding catering option for their events.
