The Crawfish Co. is based out of Cooper, Texas with the goal of providing crawfish sales and catering services to the North Texas region. As a career firefighter I've always enjoyed cooking and hanging out with those that I serve alongside and what better way to continue that passion than to provide others with great quality seafood for their events.

– Boiled Crawfish Pickup ( we boil the crawfish and you bring cooler for pickup)
– Low Country Boils (peel and eat shrimp, smoked sausage, potatoes, corn)
– Fish Fry Catering (hand battered fish, hushpuppies, fried and coleslaw, fried shrimp also available)

Fresh live crawfish is our specialty! We cater all Cajun seafood favorites along with some our own dishes that are sure to exceed your expectations. Need tents, tables, chairs, drink machines, bartenders, DJ's or other party items to make your event great let us know.
While we strive to bring you the best products and service there are sometimes that things happen that are beyond our control and we take this seriously. As the owner of the company, I will make it right with the customer. If you have an issue, we want to know immediately. Call Chad at 903-217-4815. That being said, remember these are live products so some loss is to be expected.
Will crawfish stay alive overnight after I pick them up?
Yes. We recommend putting them in an ice chest with the lid cracked. Keep them cool with ice, place a wet towel over the bags and make sure that the water can drain so crawfish don't drown.....yes crawfish can drown.
When is crawfish season?
This is dependent on many factors but normally crawfish season is December through the July 4th weekend with the peak season of March-May.
Should I purge my crawfish?
Crawfish do not need to be purged. Just rinse them until the water becomes clear. This will rinse the exterior surfaces and the gill cavity where debris can accumulate.
How many pounds of crawfish should I order for our party?
3 pounds for the average crawfish eaters depending on what other items you will be cooking. Big eaters will eat 5+ pounds easily.
We have never boiled crawfish. Can you help us with directions?
Absolutely. We will provide you directions based on the cooking setup you have available to you. It's simple....don't stress!

We purchase our live crawfish from one of the largest crawfish distributors located in Branch, Louisiana.
